Accounting Payable/ Admin Assistant-Pharmaceuticals
A well established and leading Pharmaceutical Company based in Sydney (Pymble), has a position open for x2 fast paced Office Administrators/Accounts Payable to job share 2 days per week.You will be supporting the Accounts Department in all aspects of administration, Accounts Payable and coordination to complete the projects on time and to a high standard.
This role will suit someone who loves a challenge and would like to expand their knowledge in Administration.
Drawing on your experience gained from a similar role within a global pharmaceutical environment, you will work with a minimum of supervision, show initiative and be able to multi task in a very busy office. You will have excellent written and verbal skills. Ideally, you will have completed your High School Certificate and Accounting qualifications preferred. Also, you will be required to have several years’ experience in administrative roles, ideally a minimum of 2 years.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable liaising with people of all levels, have experience and be confident using all the Microsoft packages, furthermore, you the successful applicant, will enjoy a professional and supportive work environment, plus be rewarded with a highly competitive remuneration package based on your previous experience.
