Key Responsibilities:

Lead the eCommerce wholesale business ( Key Accounts )

Ensure appropriate representation of the brands at the eCommerce portals

Ensure identification and improvement of best practices within the market eCommerce portfolio

Develop and implement advanced components for enhancing the market eCommerce business(logistics, IT, reporting, staff deployment plannin, training) with the respective functions,

Ensure high employee engagement through effective motivation, coaching, trainin and development of the personnel in the team

Manage and control operational expenses in line with the Market eCommerce budget.

Responsible for commercial decisions at Market level by analysing the eCommerce KPI’s and local eCommerce trends and needs.

Develop deep consumer insights to support the decision-making process especially among the youth segment of the market

Deliver a seamless Omni channel experience to the consumer. Preserve long term brand value & ensure that channel does not become a discount channel and cannibalize the traditional channels.

Build and grow alliances with third parties to deliver consistent and superior brand experience to the consumers.

Meeting and exceeding agreed KPI target for the channel net sales and profitability

Knowledge, Skills

At least High school graduation.

Technical or Engineering background preferred but not necessary.

Able to communicate confidently in English (speaking, writing, reading).

Work well under high pressure

Good communication and interpersonal skills.
