We are responsible for marketing and promoting our business in the community to obtain new contracts. This position requires dedication, reliability, and passion to work in the electric field.

This position involves the following duties:

  • Co-ordinate office administrative procedures;
  • Maintain office expense account and disburse the same to clients;
  • Ensure that deadlines are met for the contracts, follow up with in-field team and provide updates to the clients regarding the work performed and any changes in the initial timelines;
  • Review the purchasing history of the company and oversee budget and plan accordingly;
  • Promote and market business and meet the developers;
  • Prepare engagement letters for new clients using standard contracts established by the employer;
  • Correspond and secure any required permits from the municipality; if required
  • Make payments in a timely manner and resolve any accounts payable or receivable issues;
  • Prepare various reports and discuss with the directory of the company;
  • Discuss the budgeting process with the supply planner;
  • Make work schedule and amend it according to need and priority
  • Order supplies required by the electricians and their assistants and replace any faulty equipment; and
  • Perform other related tasks and duties

Education Requirement:  Diploma in Marketing or in a related field.

Experience: 1 year of directly related work experience, any further experience would be considered an asset

Language: English

Wage: $20.00 per hour

Working Hours: 40 hours per week
